Deborah Buie, RN conducts careful assessments of the needs, goals and abilities of each resident. Ongoing services are then personalized based on each resident's capabilities, physical health, behavioral status and personal preferences. We also take into account the lifelong role and personality of each resident, allowing us to actively engage each individual in his or her treatment and environment.

Deborah's House is equipped with special security features, such as egress alarms & ADT security monitoring, as well as sufficient staff to monitor resident activities.

A typical day at Deborah's House is filled with the comfort of familiar daily routines and enjoyable social and recreational activities. Our planned and directed activities promote inclusion in companionship and help develop friendships that enhance our resident's quality of life.

We also offer opportunities for residents to exercise independence, interact socially and continue to function in valuable life roles. We also provide updated medication management to control the symptoms of dementia & Alzheimer's disease. Deborah Buie, RN has taught pharmocology courses, & is specifically qualified to assess the need for & the response to medications to control the confusion that dementia brings. Our excellent relationship with local doctors leads to a better control of confusion & as a result: a higher quality of life for our residents with dementia. Our conservative approach to medication management ensures your loved one will maintain the highest possible functioning for the longest period of time.
